Alyssa Milano is kicking off a new year with a new 'do.
The actress -- who turned 43 on Saturday, Dec. 19 -- debuted a much-shorter hairstyle on Instagram that same day, posting a vanity selfie of her beautiful pixie cut. See it below!

Milano posed with her glam squad in another shot, sweetly writing: "My glam squad, but most importantly, my sweet friends. I love you @scottpatric and @linhhair." Hairstylist Linh Nguyen is responsible for the chop.
Nguyen also posted a photo of the trio together over the weekend, with New York City's Times Square as the backdrop and the caption, "Christmas with @milano_alyssa @scottpatric."
Milano's makeover comes just about a month after the mom of two showed off her flawless swimsuit bod on a tropical vacation. "I'm sucking it in," she joked on Instagram, but she looks pretty darn good to us! See for yourself in the video below.
