Nike and WNBA Sabrina Ionescu have done it again. After the resounding success of her debut shoe, the Nike Sabrina 1, Nike just released Ionescu's second signature sneaker. The Nike Sabrina 2 just launched today, June 25, in a new "Court Vision" colorway combining a sleek black base with dynamic purple overlays.

Sabrina Ionescu wore the original Nike Sabrina throughout her last season with the New York Liberty. Her new Nike sneaker upgrades the Sabrina 1 for a shoe that is 28 grams lighter and doesn’t sacrifice support, stability or comfort. For the first time, Ionescu's shoe is also available in kids’ sizes for the next generation of hoopers.

The Sabrina 2 is the first-ever Nike basketball shoe to feature a plush Cushlon 3.0 foam midsole for that perfect blend of softness and stability. A Nike Zoom Air unit in the forefoot helps provide energy return and responsiveness. The band system from the Sabrina 1, which wraps the midfoot, is updated to provide more of a glove-like fit.

For quick cuts and fast movements on the court, the Sabrina 2 has a durable outsole with sticky traction. You might also notice that the herringbone traction is inspired by the letter “S”. This is complemented by intricate stitching and embroidery patterns that all nod to Sabrina’s initials and number.
